Tomb of Queen Nefertari in Valley of the Queens, is one of the most spectacular tombs in Egypt, after tomb of Seti I. Visiting this tomb will set you back at 1,400 Pounds. The number of visitors is limited, in order to prevent further damage from traffic and the humidity of visitors' breath. In addition to the above, visitors are allowed inside for just 10 minutes.
For me personally, 10 minutes is way too short to explore this incredible tomb so i made a deal with the caretaker. I ended up spending over an hour and was the last to leave 😂 can't say the same for the Japanese tourists who entered with me. Upon leaving, the caretaker even insisted that i go back and take more time to enjoy the tomb. My ex-prime minister (yes, him again) once told, "Cash is king". Indeed 😏. ~
